A skirt suit with knee high heeled boots and pretty sheer hose is another option. You'll also need a beautiful long wool coat, pretty scarf and dainty gloves.</p> <p>Place a fashionable, fine knit under your suit for warmth instead of a shirt, and layer a camisole underneath that for warmth.</p> <p>I'd pair your wrap dress with dressy heeled knee high boots and sheer hose because its prettier that way. You can also layer the dress over a very thin silky fitted long sleeve T ( would look like a cami).
