I would go with a jewel tone sweater. If that isn't festive enough for you I think you can liven it up with a fun bootie (color or shine) or with a a sparkly scarf or a jewel tone sweater. We will go from the office to the restaurant at lunch time. Not sure what to wear - we never had a Christmas lunch outside. </p> <p>Will straight/skinny dark-wash jeans and a nice sweater do? Or are jeans not a good idea? Or is that too boring? Could I wear a scarf with the sweater or is that not appropriate for a lunch at the restaurant?</p> <p> I don't think it is a dress-up type of lunch since no dress code was listed. Plus we do have casual Fridays at work. What would you wear ? Or could you point me to links here on YLF or elsewhere for ideas. Thanks for all input! </p>
