I agree there really is no reason to buy anything; you've already got a great closet. Do the microchecks or skinny khakis work with the black blazer? What have you got for tops? A silk blouse? And you need to make sure you have fantastic footwear -- comfortable but cool-looking. It's going to be mostly geared towards doctors, but I'm going with a coworker. I haven't been to a conference in about five to six years. I think business casual will suffice. IT's only one day, so I really don't want to buy something for it. For bottoms I have the infamous Club Monaco microchecks and Acne skinny khakis. I think I have a black pencil skirt. For blazers I have a black JCrew boyfriend jacket, navy Isabel Marant double breasted with gold buttons. Though the Isabel Marant might be too heavy at the end of May.
