how about a mint cashmere sweater and some gale grey slim ankle trousers. Or all pale grey with a tangle of mint hued necklaces

Gorgeous shoes! Someone (Day Vies? Natalie? Mary K?) recently did navy with mint and it's a beautiful combination. I'd keep the rest of the outfit simple and classic - pencil or a-line skirt, or trousers, and a lovely top or sweater. Stuff with enough room to eat comfortably, and (if you're anything like me), stuff that won't show the gravy stains

Beautiful shoes! I agree that they need to be showcased, whether you choose to wear a skirt/dress or pants. As gryffin said, wearing a little eye candy closer to your face will balance out the shoes, ensuring that, while your shoes draw the eye, so will the rest of you!

Styling shoes like this are like styling fluevogs...they tend to be scene-stealers, so keep the rest of the outfit pretty simple. I'd wear a black pencil skirt, cream sweater, and some bling (scarf, necklace) to pull attention back up. Bonus points if you have a necklace with some green/mint to it.

These shoes look darling, by the way!

The shoes have a lot of detail and impact so I would wear something fairly simple with them. I'm not sure where you live so it is hard to advise on what to wear that would be season appropriate.

Very pretty!! Needless to say, they would do well as the star of the show. If you really want to make them pop black tights. Do you have a dress or a jacket or scarf that picks up that color? I don't know your wardrobe. You could do black with shoes and pretty scarf with color, cropped pants with scarf or a jacket. Not sure what you have. Shannon does awesome pops of color. You might want to check out her outfits and see how she pairs her statement shoes. Hope that helps!!
