I wouldn't veer too much toward the burlesque end of things, but that's just me. At the same time, I do think that rockabilly can look almost too retro...so if there's a way to mix up the two, then I'm all for it. Perhaps the 'glam' of burlesque can add some elegance to the rockabilly?
