When buttoned I just tie it, but I almost always wear the coat open. I've tried tying it in the back, but that doesn't really work - it is either too short or pulls the coat back in an unflattering way. I'm not sure if I should let it hang, tuck the ends in my pockets, take the belt off completely? Opinions? </p>
