They are a mid rise (although not high), not overly expensive, comfortable and look good. They aren't premium jeans but were recommended by YLF. I am 5'8" and 140 lbs. I bought size 8 long. You would probably want regular and ether size 8 or size 10. If you call their customer service line, they can probably help with sizing.
