It's so hard to find a good fit because shoes that fit my toes are often too big in the heel.</p> <p>If it were me, I'd look for a pointy-toe or almond-toe slingback (so you can adjust the fit) with a low heel, in a nude or beige shade, maybe patent, or perhaps silver. Wedge or block as suggested above, or pointy if you can find a comfy one. </p> <p>Aerosoles has a few in their "mid-heel" category.
