Like Jenn, after tossing away piles of socks, I've found the Smartwool micros work as do a couple of other low profile brands.</p> <p>Going barefoot, even with my feet coated in Body Glide, and heels bandaged in tape, only works for short, slow walks. Blistered, bleeding feet are not attractive when I switch to sandals, and immobilizing myself just to be fashionable seems beyond dumb.
