Agreeing w ChrisM and kkards - what kind of position?

In general, you want the interviewer to know that you cared enough about the position/company to put forth an effort.

Hi, Sra -

Depends on the industry, depends on the job, depends on where you are located.

Not knowing any of that, here’s what I think: you can’t go wrong with simple, classic, polished as your guide words.

Dark pressed pants, simple blouse in a nice fabric, conservative jewelry, clean, polished well-cared-for shoes.

Handbag is complementary to outfit, is also well-cared-for.

None of it has to be new or expensive, but attention to detail and grooming is key.

I say no perfume or fragrance for a job interview.

Good luck!!!

Blouse and pants should be ok- even better if you can add something else to make it look more “finished” (scarf, waistcoat, something like that). Or, a dress and a blazer could also work.

That should be fine for an interview for an office job.
