If it's fairly sturdy I can imagine wearing it all year round, with tights in the winter. Our winters in NorCal are probably similar to yours in Oregon and I could probably wear most of my skirts all winter with tights and boots. I have found that the younger the people I with, the less I worry about the fabrication of an item per see, and the more I think about the impact of the entire outfit.<br /> Is it a pencil skirt? If so, try pairing it with black tights, boots, and a chunky sweater, like in angie's post. In rpearly fall ive been Wearing it wih bare legs and closed toed shoes. It's a nice medium weight fabrication but I'm wondering if polished cotton should be put away once the tights and hose come out. What say you YLF? </p>
