I would say the Kut are a better length. It is okay to have some scrunch at the bottom of skinny jeans but the Gap are so long that it makes the entire leg look too big. And as for the jacket, take a look at how Carole's new brown jacket fits her and gives her such a tiny waist. It doesn't bother me too much. I wear them bunched but most of the time I cuff them. Did you try that? How about the tight roll? I've done that recently.
