I've tried the Halogen sweater jacket and found it fits true to size. I almost purchased it for myself, but I passed on it in favor of the Caslon double knit blazer because I wanted something a tad more casual and the knit blazer reminds me of a sweatshirt, just in blazer format. I think this sweater jacket will be lovely on you!

I might be the only one but I love the Jag Jeans. I don't have much curve in the hips and bum area and they slide up easily. I like that they don't stretch through the day (can't say that about NYDJ or Levis or many other brands). Plus the top waist band lays smooth under untucked tops which is what I like about them.

Have not had a chance to see much in person and can relate to your busy schedule - hope the next few weeks are good for business but not too crazy for you.

Marianna, the heel is very stable and comfy because it is chunky. I am not good with heels as well but these ones are easy.

I haven't tried any of your last list but it looks really promising! I might have to try those Me Too pumps myself. They are so cute!!

I tried the jag pull on jeans in plus and I didn't like the feel of them. They were very stretchy but also scratchy and a little plasticy feeling maybe.. they felt uncomfortable. Now, its hot where I am and I was warm and that could have contributed a little..

My favorite pull on jeans are from Reitmans in Canada. I have the Denim boot cut ones and plan to get more for fall. http://www.reitmans.com/the-or.....lt,sc.html these feel super nice and I've worn them to death. If true to history they will start stocking several more styles in both denim and trousers for fall.

I don't have (too many) comments on most of the items, except the Ellen Tracy coat - a couple of years ago, I missed out on the Ellen Tracy Kimono coat. It was *fabulous*. I tried it on, but my local store didn't have my size, and I meant to try and order it online, but never did. It's one of those "the one that got away" stories. Very good quality and I *loved* that coat...but alas, I didn't end up getting one. So, given this - I definitely think you should try the Ellen Tracy coat that you're considering and order up whatever sizes you need to get the right fit.

In terms of Jag jeans - I tried some Jag jeans in a dept. store awhile back and liked the fit, and same story - the store didn't have my size on hand. Once again, I didn't order the correct size online...but in the meantime, I have the following jeans in my Nordstrom shopping cart:

http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/ja.....hoppingbag

(editing to add: I wonder if these are the same jeans/pants that you're considering?)

You can't beat the price ($39!), and from what I remember from trying some Jag jeans on in-store, they are quite flattering on curvy and/or bordering on plus sized body shapes.

In terms of the Me Too pumps - wow - these look really nice! My own experience with Me Too shoes is that I tried some ballet-style flats and they just didn't work on my feet - but the thing is, I have ridiculously narrow feet and heels, so I wouldn't take this to mean that Me Too's are out - not at all. The pairs I've tried on have been extremely comfortable, and it's just that I haven't yet found something that would work with my high arches and narrow feet. I have a good feeling about these (for you), because like I said - I have tried this brand on, and they are extremely comfortable. The shoes you've picked out look fab and I really hope they work out for you.

What colour did you order in the Ellen Tracy coat? I haven't tried a ton of Ellen Tracy coats, but I definitely remember how wonderful the Ellen Tracy Kimono coat was ...it was *amazing* and if this coat you're considering is anything like that, then it's worth the hassle to chase down the right size. From what I remember - the Ellen Tracy coats run a bit larger than many other brands/designers, and I *also* remember the very nice quality of the coat I wanted to get awhile back. Come to think of it, I think Jean (greenglove) managed to get one of these Ellen Tracy kimono coats last fall or winter, and it looked just gorgeous on her.

Looking forward to hearing what you think of the items on your list.

I have white Jag pull-on jeans that I ordered via Zappos. The band is a bit loose at the top, but most jeans and skirts gape like that on me. I am afraid to take it in because of course I need to pull the jeans over my hips. Macy's Style & Co. jeans and NYDJ do a much better job on the tummy, but Style & Co. is cut pretty high.

The zigzag sweater should be arriving in a few days. I got the same one in charcoal but I'm returning it since it is so boring; the Petites don't come tipped. The sleeves are cut fairly (but not overly) slim but my arms are not.

Kari, I'm intrigued by the pull-on aspect. In my mind I envision them taming my tummy but we'll see! If they fit I think they'll be good tucked into boots with a tunic top.

Traci, let me know how you like it! Looks like my size just sold out.

Thanks, Sveta! I love the look of them. I wonder if I'll be able to manage a 2 inch heel though!

As you already know I have got those Me Too pumps. I love them and hope to stretch a toe box a bit for more comfort. As your foot is narrowere than mine they shouldwork fine for you. The black elastic around the top really helps to keep the shoe on the foot - get them!

Marianna, I tried the Jag stretch jeans but no matter how far I sized up, I couldn't get them on. I cannot get the hang of how to wiggle them over my hips since there's no zipper! Probably my ridiculously long rise contributes to the problem.

I'm excited to see you in your finds! I have the Halogen blouse in white and loved the feel & the fit.

My mom bought the Halogen sweater jacket in the orange shade. It was so, so, flattering and slimming! I'm glad she kept it.

Those Me Too Pumps tempted me, but I was already too swayed by the Halogen pair of animal pumps (well, the two pairs, really!) that weren't on sale. They look very cute.

As a Nordie's employee I had to wait until the 20th to shop. I haven't had time to do any in-store shopping so I am doing my NAS shopping online.

So far I have ordered, but not received:
- AGL flat in black (from Angie's picks)
- Vince Camuto houndstooth blouse (Angie's picks)
- Foxcroft tencel blouse (Angie's picks)
- Jag stetch jeans (Angie's picks)
- Halogen polka dot blouse in black: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/ha.....tback=3837

The other items I am considering did not make Angie's list so I'd love your experiences with the items. I'd rather not order them if I know they're not YLF approved. I am primarily shopping for modern classic work wear.

Has anyone tried:
1) Peace of Cloth 'Annie' Pants? (To wear with boots?)
http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/pe.....veforlater
2) Halogen sweater jacket
3) Sejour leather trim sweater
http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/se.....veforlater
4) Me Too pump
http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/me.....veforlater
5) Ellen Tracy coat
http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/el.....veforlater

And has anyone seen any pants/trousers that would fit a tall size 16? I need at least a 33 inch inseam and I prefer straight leg/skinny leg because I only wear flats. Any other suggestions for me would be appreciated, too!

Thank you!
