You are nicely slim!<br /> Another way to tell: measure your bust /waist /hips around the body. Compare bust to hips. Measure your shoulders in a straight line from where your arm meets the shoulder on each side. Take the hip measurement and divide by half and see how it compares to the shoulders. If your shoulders and bust are larger then you would be an IT. If they are about equal, you are a Rectangle.<br /> Read both blog posts (you'll have to do a search) and see what the recommendations are for each.
