It is a loopy terry type fabric outside but brushed fleece-like inside, of polyester and rayon. The brand is Shimera.<br /> It is cosy but not as warm as a wool blend would be. Mine ( drawstring bottoms and drapey jacket) did fine in washer and dryer with no detectable shrinkage. The pieces I got seem true to size. They are wrinkle resistant and sew up just like regular knits!
