It is too cold for me as well. But there were quite a few ladies with bare shoulders who braved the cold. </p> <p>vani - the tights are from Target's Rodarte collection. I don't know if any of you have seen it in stores but that collection was made exclusively out of cheap polyester. These tights were the only thing that caught my eye and I kept going back to the store to find them without any success. The website would tell me that they were in my store but employees would keep telling me that they were not in yet. This happened at at least 3 separate Target stores. Finally I gave up on my quest. And what do you know? They show up at my Target a couple of weeks later and they were on clearance too! So I got them for half the price I was actually willing to pay.
