I'm not sure abut patterned hose, I would do it for sure with a plain black dress but since the lace already gives it some pattern, maybe it would look like too much. I'm up for some interesting jewellery though, I'll see what I can do! (I don't have much time left). I was thinking of earrings and bracelet because I have something against necklaces and high necklines together (unless we are talking tight necklaces or pearls) -not a very fashion forward approach, but this is me lol<br /> Oh, and I forgot to show you the little bag I bought. Mum and I found it in a really cheap and weird shop and they had like a whole wall with 5 euro little bags lol We bought a black one with some sequins at the top, very sweet. I had a late invitation to a NYE party at a friend's house. I know nobody at the party except for my friend and her boyfriend, so I don't want to stand out too much. My friend told me that everyone can dress the way they want, so a guy might wearing sweats and his gilrfriend jeans while this other girl wears wide trousers and a nice blouse. Since my friend is wearing a long black dress which is quite dressy, I think, and high-heels, I decided that I'll wear my (very) Little Black Dress, which I've only worn once last year. I feel like dressing up a bit!! lol Last year I wore it to a Christmas Ball at a hotel and I paired it with clear tights and black patent courts (lower than these) and looked quite 'cocktaillesque'. <a href="http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc3/hs184.snc3/19148_1207704710963_1179053517_30519046_270597_n.jpg" rel="nofollow">http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hp.....0597_n.jpg</a> (the photo is really bad but that's the best one I got).<br /> The dress is black (obviously lol) with some lacy parts (front, back and then there are two narrower bands at the sides). I'm not quite happy with the lace but people like it so I guess it's fine. I found nothing nicer and better-fitting (and modest enough) last year in Wales, Britain, so I'll have to work with what I got. It's quite short but I'm young and quite happy with my legs and since the neckline is very high, I think it makes up for that.<br /> This year I was thinking of pairing it with black tights to make it a bit more edgy, and black high heeled mary-janes. So what do you think, good with tights or should I stick to sheer?</p> <p>PS: The Christmas Tree is still here because in Spain we are not past Christmas yet lol We're still waiting for some Magic Kings that come by the 6th of January so no, we are not crazy!</p> <p>PS2: Of course I will do my hair -not too much though, probably I'll let it down- and apply some make up. I'm also thinking which sort of jewellery I could pair it with, but I'm not sure about the style. I don't want something too classy because the dress and the shoes already are. So If you guys have any ideas... feel free to give feedback! </p>
