Have you tried ankle-strap shoes with these pants? The narrow ankle keeps the pants from looking too short I think, but I hope that Angie comments. I have a similar pair of VC red pants that Angie said were too short, but they may have a slightly wider leg. This was before ankle pants and ankle straps became popular.
