I don't really struggle much with guilt feelings about donating UNLESS it was a truly stupid purchase, i.e. "Wow, this dress would be SO great for the fantasy life I do not have! MUST buy it immediately at full price!!" </p> <p>I have very few of those, which leaves little room for guilt! </p> <p>Which is not to say I haven't bough my share of clothes for my fantasy life at lower priced discount outlets. But they created such a mound of of a mess, and I knew I needed to go up in size, so I started building a completely new wardrobe from scratch that I could actually wear right now. This can be a painful process.</p> <p>Many of the lighter items such as summer dresses, t-shirts, and skirts get sent to the Philippines, where I have my mother's family.
