Crew pencil skirts. Here are some examples of untucked looks, FWIW. The first is unlined heavy weight black cotton, the second is charcoal wool (looks like the same fit as that last skirt Dashrashi linked to), the third is a purple animal print in cotton (from the J. Crew factory store), the fourth is orange print in cotton, lined. This means that pencil skirts do not have that va-voom factor on me, plus I want them to be straight and not curve inward at the hem because I'm trying to balance my shoulders. Generally, if the hips fit, the waist is tight, and if the waist fits, the hips are too big.
