People always ask me what I use on my skin...nothing special, cetaphil cleanser, ( keep meaning to get a clarisonic), clinique serum, moisturizer, and eye cream. I am coming back to say I did get a compliment (by my hairdresser) on my grey wool coat yesterday, so that was nice. I bought it two years ago but for some reason didn't wear it all that much last year. When I posted my first WIW here, I had so many comments on my hair that I went ahead and made the next post just about the hair. When we are in public, people comment so often that my husband sort winks at me or rolls his eyes and says something like "it's happening again". I have had a number of hilariously strange conversations with men about it. I had a good natured argument with one man who was trying to convince me that I was actually a hair stylist because I had "hairdresser hair". It took an inordinate amount of time to convince him that this was because I have a pretty great hair dresser. Other than my hair, it is often my shoes that people notice, although my friends and colleagues tend to comment on the whole style package. My favorite recent comments have been at work - someone said that I would never agree to having an "ugly holiday sweater party" (they were right) and one of the adorable younger women said "since the weather was cold today, we couldn't wait till you got here to see what your winter clothes look like!" Even from random strangers in the lift! I have my genes to thank for that! Clothing wise......you wouldn't believe .... But maxi dresses get me the most amount of compliments IRL! I still wear them (pre YLF dresses) for park picnics or beach parties. I feel a bit overly girly ... But being a mood dresser helps, I go full on boho :). My shoes are usually complimented too. </p>
