Definitely too minimal with cosmetics/skin/hair-care to need real capsules. I just add more moisture to everything once we turn the heat on (like, right about now!). Ditto jewelry -- I have my everyday stuff, and then a couple special pieces that only come out for events.</p> <p>I'm better at making capsules for other people. When my kiddo was in diapers (we used cloth) I had pretty distinct capsules: daytime, nighttime, travel.&nbsp;My husband and kiddo both have nearly fully "encapsulated" wardrobes now, but I have a much harder time with my own stuff. But my fushia-like color I wear year round. Sometimes I put clear gloss with UV protection over darker colors in spring/summer to lighten them up.<br />I have some jewelry that I wear year-round, and some that is seasonal. I'd have two capsules- I didn't even know to call them so- and would switch them around April, depending on the temperatures.<br /> I don't wear foundation the summer, and switch from black to brown eye-liner. And I wear blue and green eye-shadows during the summer, while I am more neutral in the colder months.<br /> As for clothes "capsuleing", I started a capsule this Fall and I am really loving it. During the planning stage I realized I only needed two handbags and a pair of black pumps. Proportionally more white and navies augmented with pale pinks in the spring/summer--accessories are also lighter with a bit more glow. I chose "core" colors and core items that I felt could get me through anything. And I LOVED it. I didn't get bored because I chose other core colors for Spring and Summer. &nbsp;This also allowed rampant use of my favorite things : scarves and jewelry.</p> <p>Then I decided to apply the same principle to my nail polish colors, my make up ( which is minimal ) and my skin care. &nbsp;I realized I don't do well with a lot of choice because I then suffer from FOMO ( fear of missing out ) and I become overwhelmed.</p> <p><div>So a couple of weeks ago, not only did I do my seasonal clothes swap, I also did nail color, lipstick, blush and skin care swap. &nbsp;</p> <p>Do you encapsulate beyond clothes ?
