"Sexy" is too overt and has too many negative connotations. But whatever word you use, I would say that it's sometimes a mystery why I feel like an outfit gives a little sense of that. I kind of think that loose blue dress outfit I just posted the other day has a bit of "alluring" appeal, even though it's loose and doesn't show my shape very much. Maybe it's the low neckline and the slit sides, which show the best part of my legs. </p> <p>If I had to identify specific things that create that feeling in my dressing, they would probably be heeled shoes (emphasizing my feet and calves, which are parts of my body I like), lower necklines that show a hint of cleavage (another part of my body that I like), and fitted (but not overly tight) styles, as well as beautifully drapey cuts that move in a way that sometimes hides and sometimes shows the shape beneath. And fabrications in silk and other soft/luxe fabrics -- I believe even leather can be "alluring" without being too obvious in a biker chick way, depending on how it is used. </p> <p>My husband always tells me he likes me in white tops, and he loves when I show shoulders and legs.
