It’s not the colour of an item that makes it Autumn, it’s the integrity of the entire garment.(An emerald green TWEED jacket is great for Autumn). </p> <p>The white stitching on that type of fabric (a cool cotton canvas) is Spring-like. But if the same trench was in a burnt orange with brown stitching and brown tortoise shell bottoms, it would look Autumn appropriate.
