It's a perfectly wearable dress--great neckline and the stripes elevate a comfy look to stylish. But I see what you mean about extra fabric in the bust (it looks like the darts sink in a bit in pic 2), and taking it in might not be worth the expense on an inexpensive item. I bought it last November for lounge/ very casual wear and am not sure how flattering it is.<br /> Usually for hot summer wear I go for sack dresses; this, however has a different vibe. It is loose without being gathered around the torso and bust but only has a few inches ease in the thighs.<br /> It was very cheap and has earned its CPW so be as frank as you like. As I prepare to spend a bit more on summer clothes next Australian summer I want to learn from this experience. Thanks!! </p>
