You literally fold them over onto themselves, if you understand what I mean. The satin stretches out with wear, but quite little. And the straps are usually designed to hold your foot very securely in place. They usually come in 2, 2.5 and 3" heights. I don't think this will really be an issue except maybe during photos, but am considering other options just in case. (Also, 2 pairs of shoes might be a good idea anyway since my feet get unhappy easily). I am keeping the Naturalizers anyway, since they will be good for other dressy summer events.<br /> Ballroom dance shoes are a good idea too... I will look into them. I do not have the best luck with satin shoes, though, as they don't stretch much and my feet are very fussy, especially around the toes. Are dance shoes treated differently to be more flexible or something? I have had a couple of friends by them for their weddings.
