I have my black patent booties, leather jacket and navy sweater to round out the outfit (among a few other pieces that could be interchangeable).</p> <p>These are available on eBay as I'm still sticking with my tight shopping budget and are Joe's "The Skinny". They are a blue on blue baroque pattern and I think they are beautiful.</p> <p>I guess my question is whether or not you think this pattern could work on my short legs and what the sizing is like for Joe's as I've never tried them on.&nbsp;</p> <p>The seller is offering these at a good price (I've done my price comparisons), new with tags and offers a full return/refund policy.</p> <p>Would love your thoughts. </p>
