Having spent a lot of time in LA, I know that culture and can see how her style works for her and her clients. I think a lot of what is shown on the TV show is for drama purposes so is probably not a true representation of what its really like.</p> <p>But mostly, I love watching her "die" when she sees some fab fashion item. I love how she LOVES fashion and it feeds her soul. I can really feel her passion for her work and the fashion world. </p> <p>Her assitant, Taylor, annoys me. I haven't seen anyone so bitter and angry for a while. She should just move on. However her OTHER assitant, Brad, is so adorable and I enjoy watching him so much. It's TV and there is loads of drama so that it doesn't get dull.<br /> I like her style for her, and some of her things I'd love to have for myself.<br /> So generally, I like her, but don't want to make judgement based on the show. She is very formulaic and she definitely only seems to be able to show people how to dress in one certain way - her way. </p> <p>I don't get the impression that she's very good at varying suggestions based on body type, lifestyle, and personal style, which may be why she's so successful in the way that she is... she works with young, stick-thin celebrities who have similar shapes and lifestyles (so thin they have few curves, always in front of camera, very socialite) and whose personal styles haven't strongly developed yet.</p> <p>Maybe that's being a little hard on her, but that's definitely the impression I walked away with. She's definitely not a "personal stylist" considering each individual's strengths. I like her look. I've noticed that she wears insane heels... more power to her, I suppose, although the severity of the heels makes me question if she values fashion more than comfort.</p> <p>I really dislike her assistant Taylor's hair, though. Is severely bleached blond hair really stylish?
