I love the detail at the neck and it looks like you are wearing clam diggers which gives detail to the lower half, and a cute pair of metallic sandals would add sparkle. Plus your pretty face and cute hair top it off, which is not showing in the picture! You could add a long silver pendant too, or a cross body bag with a chain for jewelry like Angie does. I have always liked dark blue with denim so like I said I'd wear this for sure.
