I looked for two years to find a pair of white jeans that gave me the right skim but no cling fit and no "cottage cheese". I went up one size in to a size I have never worn before in jeans but hey it's not about the number right? They even turned out to be quite inexpensive so that was a bonus. The issue with shapewear under white pants is that any line on the thigh is likely to show, at least when you sit down. Even the non-binding types will show a delineation between them and the skin, and that is highlighted more with white pants, even with nude shapewear. So you would have to wear capri length shapewear or something below the knee, which I personally would find to be terrribly hot and uncomfortable - kind of ruining the point of white pants, IMO.
