Last time I was at the Rack, they were full of them. I like them because the pendants are fixed into place and don't move around, so I don't end up with the clasp rotating towards the front (which always happens to me for some reason), and somehow they manage not to get tangled. They are Betsey Johnson.</p> <p>It is actually a top Tansie! I don't like to "waste" my dresses just to run some errands and then have to wash them.
