For some strange reason, I find it easier to come up with color combos if I think of the item as a top instead. ie, If I had this as a blue and red top, I would certainly wear it with white, blue denim, navy, black or stone bottoms. In theory, all those colors would work as tops for the skirt. For shoes, bag, I think it depends what other color you bring to the party. If it's white, navy, stone or denim, cognac accessories could be great. With a white top, white sandals might be cute. Or maybe something close to the blue and red in the skirt?
