I wouldn’t rule out every shade of blue shirt for a charcoal suit. There are ways and means – always. Greg wears an ink blue shirt with a dark pinstripe grey suit and it looks killer with his blue eyes. He’ll match it with a dark monochromatic tie. However, this is not a daytime look. It’s smarter than that.</p> <p>White shirts are conservative and often fine for interviews. The tie preference is so personal, it’s hard to even begin that one. But a normal width tie is best.
