Well, unfortunately the grey is not available in my size (4). I think I'm going to go with the navy. My only other option is to go with the petite size but since I haven't ever tried JCrew petites, I'm not sure that would work. The salesperson on the phone said the rule of thumb is to go one size up on petites for this jacket so I would take a petite 6. But, when I look at the measurements she gave me, it seems it would be too big. I'm going to go in my closet and try measuring a jacket that already fits to see what *that* gives me!

Well, the main issue is that this is a final sale item, so there are no returns. I have brown hair with gold highlights and brown eyes. I didn't even think about the honey glaze - hmmm.

Congrats on your Bunco win! I think you can mix navy and black, but I prefer to wear a bright color or a cream with it to contrast the darker colors. If you have mostly black and red colors in your clothing, what about trying a new color? I don't remember what your hair/eye color and complexion are, but the cobalt or honey glaze could be fun to mix with reds and black. Can you return the blazer if you don't like it? You could purchase two or three colors, see what works best with your current wardrobe and return what isn't best for you.

I like the grey best for your complexion. I know you like to wear red and feel that the grey will renew your red tops. Does that make sense?

I won some cash at a Bunco party last week and was thinking of purchasing this JCrew velvet blazer which is on final sale.

http://www.jcrew.com/AST/Brows...../97130.jsp

My problem is - I'm not sure which color to get. I tried on the Navy many months ago and it seemed to really pop for me, but I'm wondering if you can mix navy & black? I'd most likely be wearing it with red and/or white as those seem to be the most popular colors in my closet right now. Or - should I go with the red color as I already have a black blazer (with white trim tho) - in my closet?

Thanks for any advice you can give.
