Ewa Michalak makes custom order 26 bands. if she wants to try her sister size, she'd be a 28E. Freya, Panache, Cleo by Panache, and Curvy Kate all make 28 bands, I think. They're not all that rare, though they're hard to find in stores. I'm a 28J in Uk sizes (a 28M in US sizes.)
