I also have a few vintage coats - a cashmere bracelet sleeve black knee length and some velvet jackets. Her medications caused weight gain, and she told me I could take anything I wanted from her holding zone.</p> <p>I took a silk button-up shirt and matching pants in a light sage green. The pants are too short, so I've considered making them into clothes or something, because they have POCKETS. Real pockets! I dyed the shirt brown because the color was doing my complexion no favors at all, and brown just works better with my color palette. I also stole a knit cotton 3 piece set of maxi skirt, cardigan, &amp; sleeveless turtleneck top. I passed the top on, but wear the cardigan fairly regularly and will probably be breaking out the skirt soon. It's a bit heavier-weight knit, so it's not a breezy maxi like you see all summer, which makes the cardigan perfect for our moderate spring and fall temps.</p> <p>I also have a vintage me piece (find), but I don't wear it often because it's rather low cut and makes me feel fidgety. I have this insane love for the color palette, and its definitely a flattering cut. Perhaps I should find a couple of camo tops to wear under it, or consider adding a scarf.</p> <p>I do love consignment and thrift shopping, as it often brings high-end brands within my price range. I have some marvelous pieces, that I've bought throughout the years, at consignment shops in Paris and other places. &nbsp;One of my favorite hobbies is to shop at consignment shops~ Matter of fact, I am now composing my Christmas Eve outfit, mostly from vintage, which was sparked by my recently finds.<br />Black jersey coulottes (not vintage) but Calvin Klein I believe, a sparkly black tank top, and a fab vintage knit red sweater with black embroidery I just found yesterday! along with a fab fab black leather vintage purse I bought last week. &nbsp;So excited to wear it with my pearls, and or one of my grandmother's fab brooches, my new Kate spade bow gloves, and still haven't decided on shoes yet.&nbsp;<br />Does anyone else here love to consignment shop? Thrift shop hunt? What are some of your favorite finds? I'd love to know, and see pics! &nbsp;I'll try to post some pics when I figure out how to.&nbsp; </p>
