From cleo, it's quite good quality for the price and fits me in a flattering and comfortable way (many skirts do not). I did wear them -- but only once or twice.&nbsp;</p> <p>Lesson for me: the weather rules all. I am not sorry I bought these items; they will get wear in a different year.
