If you get norovirus again, try activated charcoal capsules. I had a friend with a baby one time and every time I visited her I seemed to get noro. One time I thought I was going to die it was so bad - couldn't even keep water down. Finally I learned that activated charcoal capsules can really help if you take them right away. That's the first time for us so have been nit combing daily all week.</p> <p>Then I found out the running injury I thought I had is actually arthritis of the spine. In 3 places in my lower back.</p> <p>To end the week, I came down with norovirus. Feeling a bit better but still can't eat. Fingers crossed no-one else gets it.</p> <p>I put myself on a self imposed shopping ban for January so can't even shop to cheer myself up :(</p> <p>Hoping this coming week contains no surprises! </p>
