Nicely fitting and weather-appropriate sporty clothes (aka gear) are fine. We could overdo the BF and Gucci loafer thing to the grocery if it means they can only be worn in air-conditioned driving. It really would be a health goal to walk or bike as part of other real activities and not thinking that they will always be separate !
