BUT it is amazing what different creatures we are. Just the mode of communication is crazy different. Sometimes I feel as if I need an interpreter to speak with my husband ( and yes, we both speak our "own" fluent English LOL ). I often say, with men, that I am not bashing but simply making an observation about a fact that drove me NUTS !! Somehow the subject of whether or not Barack was neat came up. She said that he thinks he is and that he will point out that his clothes always get put away after he uses them. I am sorry!</p> <p>Husband picked up package when he briefly arrived home on Friday (before heading out to join me in NYC). He dumped it into his office, which is littered with his sports gear. The package wasn't the standard brown box, but this thick plastic stuff that looks like a small silver trash bag, and it was lying face down. (That just shows you the state of his office, I'm afraid.) </p> <p>He said he told me on Friday that I got a package. What he actually told me (yes, I realize this is he said/she said) is, "You've been getting a lot of packages lately," which made me feel kind of like "Oh, busted!" and which is how I remember the conversation. He said it was the receipt of this latest package that triggered that comment, but only after he supposedly told me the latest package came. Ack. I didn't argue with him about it (even though I'm right) :-P</p> <p>Well, now that I told our condo mates that our neighbors suck, calling AE and UPS and probably wasting at least 1.5 hours on this, at least there is a happy ending, and now I'm more informed if there is a mishap next time. </p> <p>But eyeroll.... </p>
