If you want coverage, you could always layer a long sleeve blouse or shirt underneath the dress, then add the vest but if you do that, you might need to switch the shoes. It's going to read Fall on top, due to the long sleeve and mid summer on bottom, due to the sandal. This took the cool factor way down so I thought about layering the vest and cardi together.</p> <p>What do you think? </p>
