I have used the shoe inserts for helping high heels to stay on. They stick on under the dole of the foot and keep the foot from moving foreword in the shoe. The oxfords look a bit more refined in shape than the loafers, but the loafers have the shiny factor and a whisper of height despite their chunkier profile. I guess I'll flip a coin!</p> <p>I'll probably keep the loafers in any case so I have another style option in my shoe closet.
