Perhaps add a scarf at the neck too. You could try putting a sleeved shirt underneath. I know that there's a lot of black in it and that some may disagree because of that, but it's not funereal by any means, and I think that's the most important thing. It’s made of polyester jersey which is a pretty casual fabric. Ideally, you’ll need something more dressy.
