I think they are pretty for an evening dress (and sentimental). Do you think you could gue the problem area yourself? If I am seeing the problem area correctly it is that the silver on the front straps is coming unglued from the strap? If so I would get a glue that stays pliable, like contact cement, and try that. I give no gaurantees so ask someone who knows more about glue before you try it!
