There's black in the print and the black shoes and jacket look GREAT with the dress. With all those colours going on the only other thing I'd suggest would be a dark metallic (pewter or something), but even that doesn't seem exciting enough to warrant spending on new shoes. I really like the ones that I am wearing in the photo and I have worn them in (to cocktail parities for work and also on NYE), so even though they are a 4 inch heal I know that they will be comfortable. I don't have anything in bright blues, most of my dresses are muted or darker colours. I think that if it was a summer wedding I would go with the Esprit dress.
