You look gorgeous in both! I think you need to decide what kind of vibe you want. The lace one is so romantic and sweet, and the white one is very elegant and classy. But, it also feels sort of "officey" (boring?) to me, if that makes sense. And the material is thin and sort of sheer at the bottom (I would have to wear a slip).
