A friend made her dress into Christening dresses for several grandchildren. She has 5 daughters, all married and not one wore her dress. So she made at least 5 christening gowns and used pearls from her dress too. I would sell yours. It is naturally a full skirt, so would not need to be advertised as a pregnancy dress. I wore the dress my mom wore and it was hand made by my grandma so it does have sentimental value. My mom passed away last year and she stored it so now I have to figure out what to do with it. I doubt my daughter would wear it, even though it is fairly simple (tea length, satin skirt, lace bodice).
