I'm honestly no longer sure colors look best on me. I have historically been attracted to navys, browns, and dark greens. I love bright colors, but have tended more toward gem-colors (deep reds, emerald greens, sapphire blues). This summer I have been sporting loads of lighter colors like white, white and my new favorite lime green cardigan. I get so many compliments when I wear those. (Someone told me that summer agrees with me). The colors seem to brighten my eyes and skin. So, who knows, maybe I shouldn't be so reluctant to try sour-ish colors. </p> <p>My hair right now isn't so much strawberry anymore. It gets pretty light in the summer, aided by the fact that my stylist also threw in lots of "white bits" as you call them--highlights and lowlights throughout. </p> <p>I'm getting my hair done on Saturday. It’s hard to believe but I wear sour colours well. They are my best colours actually. My hair is highlighted with loads of “white bits” which creates a good neutral balance. You are more strawberry. Does that make sense? </p> <p>We both have very fair skin. My lashes and brows are dark which I think helps. Also, my eyes are acidic which makes the acidic colours work. I look awful in cool, murky colours. Angie, you and I have very similar coloring, and I am wondering how you wear that yellow without feeling washed out. Do you put on some color between your face and the yellow, like a scarf? </p>
