I was going to say what Deborah said - it reminds me of Angie's lace top.

This look is quite popular here at the moment for summer. I have seen these worn with just a sleeveless cami under in a similar or contrasting colour. If you are in cooler weather how about a button down a la Angie on this post....

To add to the great suggestions above, I'd wear it casually over a long-sleeved tee & slim pants with boots or booties. I'd keep the top & pants the same colour - blue, grey, black.

I'd wear it with a same tone or contrasting, but dark, tissue tee or similar very fitted tee under it to make it more winter appropriate. With that, you could wear it with any winter bottom that works. Navy, like this JCrew one, would look great.

I have several JCrew tissue tees and they are great quality--worth the extra cost. My Gap ones disintegrate like Kleenex in the wash, but my JCrew ones have held up without pilling and without holes for several seasons.

Your top is very cute!

I have a top like this that I like to wear over solid coloured, fairly straight dresses. I'd also try tucking it into a pencil skirt or some high waisted pants!

I have trouble with burgundy coloured items, but lately I've been getting better at pairing them with stuff. Neutrals like black, white, brown, camel, etc. work, but I also like other red shades-- red, orange, rust, etc.

I got this top as a gift, but would really appreciate any thoughts on what I can wear inside it. I'm just wearing a white tank top to show the colour. It's cropped length, boxy fit and slightly flared arm openings are forcing me to be more creative with this. What would work besides camis and tank tops? What colours?

It's a wine/burgundy colour; the first picture is more accurate.
