It starts at my waist and I think I pulled it down. I just tried it on again and pulled the ruching up a little higher--I think it looks better but will take another picture when DD returns my camera (don't hold your breath.) You have a good eye. I tried a few earlier in the season at the Gap but even in petite the fit was off. There was a dress in contention at Atheta but the fabrication was too heavy for my summer (and it looked a little too boho so I passed.)&nbsp;I found this one at Nordstrom (on sale too) and think the slim fit is off set by the more modest length. To be honest, my dress hunt has been hampered by my Achilles calf. I am still a little self conscious of the wasted side--people alway comment on it (Ugh, I know. I know.)&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm working on building the injured one and trying to slim down the "good" side. Hoping they will meet somewhere in the middle :)&nbsp;</p> <p>Would love your thoughts. I just threw it on but I'd probably wear it pretty much like this--perhaps different shoes. Maybe a vest.&nbsp;Too body con or does the ruching and length save it? I'm planning on returning my newly acquired black VC tube skirt if this passes muster. TIA! </p>
